Shipping Policy
THREAD uses DHL Express for domestic and international delivery.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday at the following times: 9.00 am-17.30 pm.
Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning. Any orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day.
- we offer complimentary express shipping to selected countries in the European Union.

Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer.
On the time of the arrival of orders, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing as proof delivery.
If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered with or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.
In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the local courier’s office and to contact us at the following email address info@threadmilan.com.
Defects:
If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact within 24h our Customer Service department at info@threadmilan.com.
Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible!
If client is shipping to a destination outside European Union, customs and import duties will be levied by the client’s local government and will be responsibility for the client. We recommend to inform yourself at the local customs office of your country, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges. Consider as well, orders with more that one item could be charging an extra payment on international deliveries.
Returns
You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you’re not happy. but please note that no returns will be accepted after the fourteen days free return window.
Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer.
Returns are free for selected countries with free shipping. If you’re returning from a country outside of the EU, costs of returns will be need to be covered by you.
Returning Orders: Within the EU
To return your item(s) to us, please first email us at info@threadmilan.com , letting us know what you wish to return, and we will provide you with a complimentary returns label and instructions for booking a collection with our delivery partners.
Once your return arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked by our team, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for the money to appear back in your account.
Outside of the EU
All the delivery costs for the return of the products are at the expense of the Customer. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.

All goods must be returned unused and in perfect conditions, considering the packaging part of the product. Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you have decided to keep them.
The cost of the delivery will only be return in case we deem the goods to have been faulty before they were dispatched to you.
We will refund the full value of the goods within 30 days of receiving the items at our storehouse, and using the same method as the original payment.
