We recommend to inform yourself at the local customs office of your country, so you will not be surprised by unexpected charges. Consider as well, orders with more that one item could be charging an extra payment on international deliveries.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Returns <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>You have 14 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund if you\u2019re not happy. but please note that no returns will be accepted after the fourteen days free return window.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that, if any, custom duties will be paid by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>Returns are free for selected countries with free shipping. If you\u2019re returning from a country outside of the EU, costs of returns will be need to be covered by you.<\/p>\n<h3>Returning Orders: Within the EU<\/h3>\n<p>To return your item(s) to us, please first email us at <a href=\"mailto:info@threadmilan.com\">info@threadmilan.com<\/a> , letting us know what you wish to return, and we will provide you with a complimentary returns label and instructions for booking a collection with our delivery partners.<\/p>\n<p>Once your return arrives back at our warehouse and has been checked by our team, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 working days for the money to appear back in your account.<\/p>\n<h3>Outside of the EU<\/h3>\n<p>All the delivery costs for the return of the products are at the expense of the Customer. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that Thread will no refund international duties and taxes.
